HOLIDAY "JOY UNLIMITED" AT DEC. 22 TEMPLE-DEPAUL MEN'S BASKETBALL GAME

PHILADELPHIA - The award-winning, 100-voice Joy Unlimited Youth Mass Choir will present a special holiday concert at halftime of the Saturday, Dec. 22 Temple-DePaul men's basketball game, scheduled for 1 p.m. at the Liacouras Center.

Founded by John B. Samuel in 1990, the Joy Unlimited Choir has performed with the Philadelphia Orchestra at the Mann Center for the Performing Arts and at the 1998 Marian Anderson Awards presentation. In addition, the ensemble has won numerous awards at gospel competitions sponsored by organizations like McDonald's Quaker Oats. Last February, it was featured on the NBC "Today Show."
