PHILADELPHIA - Temple University head men's basketball coach John Chaney will appear at the Barnes & Noble College Store at the corner of Broad and C.B. Moore on Wednesday, October 29 at 11:00 a.m. to sign copies of the new book Chaney: Playing for a Legend .

The book, written by Philadelphia Tribune sports editor Donald Hunt along with former Chaney players Aaron McKie and Eddie Jones, details what it was like playing for one of the most respected, recognizable and successful coaches in the history of college basketball. Chaney, a Hall of Fame coach and just seven wins shy of 700 career victories, writes a forward for the book as does Temple' most famous alum, Bill Cosby.
