FIELD HOCKEY'S HALEY DERVINIS SELECTED TO A-10 ACADEMIC ALL-CONFERENCE TEAM

Dervinis, a communications major has a 3.47 GPA, finished second on Temple's all-time assists list with 42, she led the team in scoring with 19 points on four goals and 11 assists. Dervinis' 11 assists was third highest in the A-10 Conference, and she also was the sixth leading scorer in the conference.
Azure Yoder of West Chester Atlantic 10 Student-Athlete of the Year in field hockey.
Yoder started all 19 games in the backfield for the West Chester field hockey team in 2003, netting one goal. Yoder is also a three-time National Field Hockey Coaches Association Division I National Academic Squad honoree (2000-02).
Joining Dervinis and Yoder, the Academic All-Conference field hockey team consists of teammates Jenna Frankenfield, Liz Morrow, and Kendra Wood; Jaime Bawden and Adrianne Monaco of Massachusetts; Sara Camilli of La Salle; Joy Hess of Rhode Island; Amie Schmoltze of Saint Joseph's; and Richmond's Michelle Swartz.
