THREE OWLS ARE SELECTED TO THE A-10 FIELD HOCKEY ALL-TOURNAMENT TEAM

Dervinis finished her career with 41 assists to rank second all-time in school history. She had an assist in the Owls' 3-1 semifinal win over host Saint Joseph's.
DeCesaris recorded two goals in the tournament, including the game-winner in Temple's semifinal win over Saint Joseph's. Mehaffey, who played tremendous defense, posted one defensive save in the tournament.
Richmond's Allie Howard, the A-10 Offensive Player of the Year, was tabbed as the tournament's Most Outstanding Player.
The All-Tournament Team consisted of Saint Joseph's Courtney Huff, West Chester's Kendra Wood, Richmond's, Inge van Bogerijen, Lesley Russell and Colleen Wevodeau, Lydia Decembrino and Whitney Wells and Temple's Mehaffey, DeCesaris and Dervinis.
The Owls completed the 2003 season with an 11-11 overall record and 4-2 in A-10 regular season conference play.
