Jiao also played a big part in Temple's season opening win, tallying four shots and creating two offensive corners which led to both goals in a 2-1 win over Davidson on Saturday, August 30.

The Owls next take on Providence College on Saturday, September 6 (11:00 a.m.) in the opening round of the Temple Invitational Tournament. Michigan takes on North Carolina (1:30 p.m.) in the second game with the tournament concluding on Sunday, September 7.
