FIELD HOCKEY'S CONROY NAMED ECAC GOALKEEPER OF THE WEEK

Owls junior goalkeeper Erin Conroy was named ECAC Goalkeeper of the Week for the week ending September 22.

Conroy posted 31 saves in two games, helping the Temple Owls to a 1-1 week. She had 15 saves in a 3-2 win over Ball State on September 20 and had 16 saves in a 1-0 loss to #9 Iowa on September 21. Conroy is a native of Centereach, N.Y. was also selected as the Atlantic 10 Conference co-Player of the Week.

Temple(4-4) will host #15 Delaware on Wednesday, September 24 at 3:30 p.m.
