Holman's first tally, her fourth of the season, tied the game at one goal apiece and came close to 11 minutes into the first half. Senior defender Ashley Shepps created the scoring opportunity before Holman tipped the rebound past
Holman's second goal, coming just under five minutes into the second frame, was set up nicely by senior Rachel Barber, who was seeing her first action of the season following an injury. Barber's cross in front of the cage found Holman's stick for her team-leading fifth goal and tied the game at two.
The Owls remain at home Sunday afternoon when the visiting Michigan Wolverines come to Geasey Field for a noon start.
