PHILADELPHIA - Temple University junior guard Mark Tyndale has been declared eligible to compete on the men's basketball team for the remainder of the 2006-07 season. Tyndale, who sat out the first semester due to NCAA eligibility guidelines, met the academic requirements for intercollegiate competition following the completion of the University's fall semester.
"We are proud of his accomplishment in the classroom and we are looking forward to him rejoining the team," said Temple first-year coach Fran Dunphy.
