Temple Ski Cap Giveaway At Drexel Game

PHILADELPHIA - The first 2,000 fans ages 15 and older that attend the Temple men's basketball game versus Drexel on Friday, December 22 (7:00 p.m.) will receive a Temple Basketball knit ski cap courtesy of Verizon Wireless.

"Not only will fans get to see a marquee city game, but they will also get a nice gift for the holidays," said Temple Assistant Athletic Director for Marketing and Promotions Scott Walcoff.

The Owls (5-3) come into the meeting with the Dragons having won four of their last five games. Sophomore Dionte Christmas, the reigning Big 5 Player of the Week, leads the Atlantic 10 Conference in scoring with a 21.9 average. Drexel (7-2) has won five straight, including road wins against Villanova and #23 Syracuse in its last two games.
