Ramone Moore Signs National Letter of Intent

PHILADELPHIA - Ramone Moore, a 6-4 guard from Southern High, has signed a National Letter of Intent to attend Temple University on a men's basketball scholarship. Moore becomes the fifth member of Temple head coach Fran Dunphy's first full recruiting class, joining early signees - 6-9 forward Lavoy Allen, 6-10 forward Micheal Eric, 6-2 guard Martavis Kee and 6-8 forward Craig Williams.
Moore averaged 25.1 points per game as a senior this past season at Southern, leading the Public League in scoring and earning the league's Most Valuable Player award. A Second Team All-State honoree, Moore scored 727 of his 1,186 career points in his senior campaign, and also was named the prestigious Markward Award winner from the Public League.
The talented two-guard earned First Team Philadelphia Daily News All-City honors and participated in the 2007 All-Star Labor Classic.
