Graduate Assistant Coach Jamie Whitten Selected to U.S. Women's National Field Hockey Developmental Team

PHILADELPHIA - Jamie Whitten, a graduate assistant with the Temple field hockey team for the past two seasons, has been selected as a member of the U.S. Women's National Team Developmental Squad.
Whitten has been in California with the US team training and the team's headquarters. She played in the test series against Holland in the last week in January and made her first international cap on Wednesday, Jan. 29.
"We are proud of Jamie for making the National team developmental squad. We are happy that she was able to go to the National Training Center to represent Temple and to begin her pursuit of making the National Team., " said head coach Amanda Janney.
