PHILADELPHIA - Temple University men's basketball coach Fran Dunphy will serve as the keynote speaker at the Delaware County Daily Times 23rd Annual Athletic Awards Banquet sponsored by Exelon held tonight at the Springfield Country Club. Every athlete that earned All-Delco status (the county's First Team selections for their respective sports) will be honored. Tickets are available at the door.
