PHILADELPHIA - Temple University men's basketball starting point guard Luis Guzman, a marketing major, earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree in three and half years. It was conferred upon him by Dean M. Moshe Porat of the Fox School of Business and Management and the School of Tourism and Hospitality Management at the Fox School of Business' Undergraduate Graduation Ceremony held this morning (Jan. 29).
Dean Porat recognized Guzman in front of the assembly of degree candidates during the ceremony for his earning his degree while still competing for the Owls' nationally-ranked basketball team.
Guzman and Temple take the Licaouras Center floor Saturday afternoon (noon/espn2) against Atlantic 10 Conference and city-rival La Salle.
