Temple Owl Club to Host 8th Annual Owl Club Auction on February 20

Live and silent auctions surround Temple-St. Joe's men's basketball game
PHILADELPHIA - The Eighth Annual Owl Club Auction will be held in conjunction with the Temple men's basketball game against Saint Joseph's on Sunday, February 20.
There will be both a silent and live auction. The silent auction will take place on The Liacouras Center's concourse beginning at 3:00 p.m. The live auction is set to begin approximately 10 minutes following the conclusion of the game in the Fox-Gittis Room, located off the main lobby of The Liacouras Center.
“The annual Owl Club auction is an event that our entire athletics community looks forward to,” said Temple University Associate Director of Athletics for Development, Scott Koskoski. “Again this year, we will feature exclusive Temple experiences, popular local and regional attractions and one-of-a-kind live auction items.”
All proceeds benefit the Temple Owl Club's unrestricted fund, which supports all of the University's more than 565 student-athletes spanning 24 sport programs. The first seven years of the Owl Club Auction have netted over $350,000 to benefit Temple's student athletes.
Live auction items are currently listed below for advance bidding. Please e-mail owlclub@temple.edu with your maximum bid. Bids will be updated at the end of each working day on Temple Athletics' website, www.owlsports.com, with bidding scheduled to close on Friday, February 18 at 5:00 p.m. EST. The highest bidder for each item will then be notified and offered two tickets to attend the men's basketball game vs. Saint Joseph's. If the highest bidder is unable to attend, he/she will be called on the day of the auction to bid against others in the live auction.
