Special Promotions on Deck for Final Two Men's Basketball Home Games of the Calendar Year

PHILADELPHIA - Temple fans are invited to take part in some holiday specials in conjunction with the final two men's basketball home games of the 2012 calendar year. The Owls will face Detroit at home for the final game of the Gotham Classic on Friday, Dec. 28 at 3:00 p.m., and will host Bowling Green on Monday, Dec. 31 at 2:00 p.m.
When the team faces Detroit at the Liacouras Center on Dec. 28, fans can come meet and take pictures with Santa Claus at the game. In addition, all fans are encouraged to bring a new, unwrapped toy to the game for Toys for Tots, and will receive a discounted ticket for as low as $5.00 for doing so.
End the year in style and watch the team in action against Bowling Green on New Year's Eve at 2:00 p.m. at the Liacouras Center. For that contest, canned food will be collected for Philabundance. Fans who donate to the cause by bringing a canned food item will receive a discounted ticket for as low as $5.00.
