T.J. DiLeo Named To Philadelphia Inquirer Academic All-Area Team

Academic All-Area Team Release
PHILADELPHIA - Temple University redshirt junior T.J. DiLeo is one of five student-athletes who have been selected to the Philadelphia Inquirer Academic All-Area Men's Basketball Team. The team is voted on by the sports information offices of the 28 area institutions from the Philadelphia metropolitan area.
DiLeo, a reserve guard, played in all 32 games for the Owls, helping the team win its first regular season Atlantic 10 Conference title since 1989. The Cinnaminson, N.J. native averaged 2.9 points and 2.0 rebounds per contest while shooting 55.4 percent from the field. Academically, he graduated in December, 2011, in just three and one-half years with a Bachelor of Science degree in marketing with a 3.46 cumulative grade point average. He currently is pursuing a master's degree in marketing.
