PHILADELPHIA - Happy Halloween!! The Temple men's and women's basketball team made sure it was one for children in North Philadelphia as the Owls hosted a "Trick or Treat" party in conjunction with "Avenue of Treats" at the Liacouras Center Thursday evening.
The "Avenue of Treats" is an annual event held on the Temple University campus to provide safe trick or treating for children from the North Philadelphia community.
