Temple Hosting Selection Sunday Party

PHILADELPHIA – Temple University is having a Selection Sunday party to support its men's basketball team (23-9) as it awaits placement and seeding in the 2013 NCAA Tournament. The spirit squad and pep band will be on hand in the Fox-Gittis Room at the Liacouras Center, with the Selection Sunday party set to start at 5:00 p.m.
The Owls, projected to be selected as an at-large participant to the 68-team field, will join the party in progress.
The party is open to the public and to the media. The men's selection show on Sunday begins at 6:00 p.m. on CBS.
