Devin Coleman Named to American Conference Weekly Honor Roll

PROVIDENCE, R.I. - For his career effort in Temple men's basketball's season-opening game against #1/1 North Carolina, senior Devin Coleman has been named to the American Athletic Conference Weekly Honor Roll.Â
Coleman, a guard, scored 19 points in 21 minutes of action against the Tar Heels. He went 6-for-6 from the charity stripe and 3-of-4 (.750) from 3-point range. Coleman scored 16 of his points just in the first half, helping Temple hang with UNC until the final minutes of the opening period.
Next up for Temple is an 11:30 a.m. game (ESPNU/1210 AM WPHT) against Minnesota in the Owls' opening contest of the Puerto Rico Tip-Off on Thursday, Nov. 19.
