Josh Brown Named to American Athletic Conference Weekly Honor Roll

PROVIDENCE, R.I. - After a 1-1 week for Temple men's basketball, junior point guard Josh Brown has been named to the American Athletic Conference Weekly Honor Roll.
Brown averaged 11.5 points, 9.0 rebounds and 6.0 assists last week. He posted his first career double-double against Saint Joseph's on Dec. 13 in a narrow, 66-65 overtime loss, scoring a season-high 13 points to go with a career-high 12 rebounds. Earlier in the week, Brown dished a career-high nine assists while scoring 10 points and grabbing six boards in a 77-73 win at Penn (Dec. 9).
Among all players in The American, Brown currently ranks second in assists per game (4.8) and third in assist/turnover ratio (3.3).
