Men's Basketball Enjoying Big Apple Experience

NEW YORK - Temple Men's Basketball enjoyed the sights and sounds of New York Monday as the team prepared for its NIT Semifinal game against Miami (Fla.) Tuesday Night (7:00 pm/ESPN/1210 AM WPHT).
The team started the day with breakfast followed by a study hall conducted by Senior Academic Advisor Tara Evans.
Seniors Will Cummings and Jesse Morgan then joined head coach Fran Dunphy at the NIT media conference while the rest of the team went to lunch at Bobby Van's, a few blocks from Times Square.
Following a rigorous practice at John Jay College, the Owls joined the other NIT semifinalists at a team dinner at the Marriott Marquis, the headquarters hotel for the tournament.
