1.26.16 | Men's Basketball

DANBURY, Conn. – The Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) has announced the Corvias ECAC Men's Basketball Players of the Week for the week ending Jan. 24, and Temple senior Devin Coleman has been named the Division I Player of the Week.

Coleman had a game-high 23 points in 25 minutes off the bench Sunday in the Owls' 89-80 win over eighth-ranked and previously undefeated SMU. The senior shot a perfect 8-of-8 from the field, including 7-of-7 from beyond the arc, and tied the school record for 3-point percentage in a game set by Pepe Sanchez on Feb. 16, 1997.

The honor is the third of the week for Coleman, who was already named both the American Athletic Conference Player of the Week and the Under Armour OwlSports.com Athlete of the Week.
