PHILADELPHIA – Temple men's basketball added two players to its 2016-17 roster today, announced head coach Fran Dunphy.

Redshirt junior Steve Leonard and junior Isaiah Lewis, both transfers, will be officially introduced as Owls tonight at the Liacouras Center at the program's Cherry and White Night.

Leonard, a native of Collegeville, Pa., played two seasons (2013-14, 2014-15) at Ursinus College before transferring to Temple.  The 6-6 guard/forward out of Perkiomen Valley High averaged 5.6 points over 43 games at Ursinus, including a 7.8 scoring mark as a sophomore in 2014-15.

Lewis, a 6-4 guard, was a standout prep player at New York City's Christ the King High before completing his high school career at Arlington County Day (Fla.), last played at Casper (Wy.) College in 2015-16.  The 6-4 guard also has a stint at Lee Junior College (Tx.) where he averaged 10.0 points and 4.7 assists in 2014-15.
