Trey Lowe to Take Part in Learfield Intercollegiate Athletics Forum Wednesday

PHILADELPHIA – Trey Lowe, a sophomore guard on the Temple University men's basketball team, will take part in "The Student Athlete Perspective" panel at the Learfield Intercollegiate Athletics Forum on Wednesday Dec. 7. The event will take place at the Marriott Marquis in New York City at 8:45am and is part of a two-day forum on intercollegiate athletics.
Lowe, who is redshirting this season while recovering from injuries suffered in a car accident last February, will be one of five panelists. He is joined by Arkansas football player Brooks Ellis, Duke football player DeVon Edwards, East Carolina football player Zay Jones and Rhode Island baseball player Ben Wessel.
The purpose of the panel is to showcase student-athletes who represent the high levels of achievement, serving as an inspiration to future generations. The goal for the session is to have an open exchange of ideas and opinions, sharing the positive aspects of your experience as a student-athlete and your ability to achieve at the highest levels.
Jack Ford, a former Yale football player and current legal analyst and correspondent for CBS News, will serve as the moderator.
