Tickets on Sale Now for Men’s and Women’s American Athletic Conference Basketball Championships

PHILADELPHIA – Tickets are now on sale for both the 2016 men's and women's American Athletic Conference Basketball Championships. The Men's Championship will take place from March 10-13 at the Amway Center in Orlando, Fla. while the Women's Championship will be held at the Mohegan Sun Arena in Uncasville, Conn. from March 4-7.
The Temple men's team is currently 14-8 overall and in sole possession of second place in the conference with an 8-3 league mark. The Owls have won three in a row and eight of their last 10 games heading into Thursday's night's game (7:00 pm) at the Liacouras Center against UConn (17-6, 7-3).
Winners of five straight, the Temple's women's team is also in second place in the league standings with a 16-7 overall record and 10-2 conference mark. The Owls next host Houston on Friday evening (7:00 pm) at McGonigle Hall.
