Obi Enechionyia Named to American Conference Weekly Honor Roll

PROVIDENCE, R.I. - After a 3-0 start to the season for Temple men's basketball en route to winning the 2017 Gildan Charleston Classic, senior forward Obi Enechionyia has been named to the American Athletic Conference Weekly Honor Roll.
Named Charleston Classic MVP, Enechionyia averaged 15.3 points, 7.3 rebounds and 1.3 blocks per game. He posted his first double-double of the season with 19 points and 10 rebounds in the Owls' semifinal win over Auburn, and scored 12 points while grabbing six boards in the championship game vs. Clemson.
The Owls will be back in action on Sunday, Nov. 26 at Big 5 rival La Salle for a 5 p.m. contest (NBC Sports Network / 1210 AM WPHT).
