Men's Basketball to Host Open Practice Saturday

PHILADELPHIA - To celebrate Temple University Homecoming weekend, the Temple Men's Basketball team will have an open practice this Saturday morning (Oct. 12) at the Liacouras Center.
First-year Temple coach Aaron McKie and his Owls will welcome fans to their practice from 9:30-10:30 a.m.  Temple returns three starters and seven lettermen from last year's squad that posted a 23-10 record and advanced to the NCAA Tournament. Second team all-AAC honoree Quinton Rose and the conference's Most Improved Player Nate Pierre-Louis lead this year's team. Â
Doors open at 9 a.m. Saturday with coffee and donuts available on a first-come, first-serve basis.Â
