From the Coach
> "We had very specific goals coming into this meet," said head coach Josh Nilson. "Every goal that we set, we hit. The mentality of this team is different. They just gutted it out and stuck with it. We came out here and did our job and that's all we can do. I'm really proud of them. This is a much stronger start to the season compared to last year. We're going to come back and make a few small adjustments to prepare for our home meet next Saturday."

Up Next
> The Owls will host SUNY Cortland and Southern Connecticut State in its home opener on Saturday, Jan. 18. The meet is set to begin at 7 p.m. in McGonigle Hall.
