Men’s Basketball is 10th-Seed in AAC Championship; Plays 7th-Seed SMU Thursday

PHILADELPHIA – Temple is the 10th-seed in the 2020 Air Force Reserve American Athletic Conference Men's Basketball Championship, held March 12-15 at Dickies Arena in Fort Worth, Texas. The Owls (14-17, 6-12 AAC) will play #7-seed SMU (19-11, 9-9) on Thursday, March 12 at 8 pm ET on ESPNU.
Senior co-captain Quinton Rose leads the Owls and is the only player in the AAC to rank among the Top 10 in scoring (16.4 ppg/2nd), assists (3.5 apg/9th) and steals (2.0 spg/t3rd). Junior co-captain Nate Pierre-Louis (10.9 ppg) tops the Cherry and White and ranks fifth in the conference in rebounding (8.5 rpg) and is the only other Temple player averaging double figures.
