Men's Crew Varsity 8 Places Fourth at the Head of the Charles

BOSTON -- Temple Crew placed fourth in the in the Collegiate 8 at the 56th annual Head of the Charles Sunday on the Charles River between Cambridge and Boston, Mass.Â
Heavyweight Eight
> The Owls were a mere 0.153 seconds behind third place Holy Cross in the race, finishing in 14:32.831.
> Drexel won the race with a time of 14:20.496.

> "I'm pleased with the squad's performance today. They were aggressive. They stuck to the plan, and were able to secure a fourth place finish. This sets us up well for next year's regatta. Now we rest and prep for the last official race of the fall.  The whole squad should be ready to go for Saturday's Head of the Schuylkill."
