Damian Dunn Earns AAC and Big 5 Honor Roll

PHILADELPHIA - For the second straight week redshirt sophomore guard Damian Dunn has received weekly honors from the American Athletic Conference and the Philadelphia Big 5, earning Honor Roll status for both.
In the Owls' two games, he averaged 22.5 points and 5.0 rebounds per game while shooting 14-of-22 from the field, eight-of-12 from three and 9-of-10 from the line. In an 89-87 overtime loss to Vanderbilt, he scored 38 points (13-18 FG, 7-9 3 pt), the most by a Temple player since 2004.  He followed that with seven points and seven rebounds in a win over Rutgers.
Temple (2-2) plays St. John's (4-0) tonight (9:30 pm/ESPNU/1210 AM WPHT) in the Empire Classic at the Barclays Center.
