Dunn Named to AAC and Big 5 Honor Rolls

PHILADELPHIA – Temple redshirt freshman guard Damian Dunn has been named to the American Athletic Conference and Philadelphia Big 5 weekly honors for the week ending Feb. 6.
Dunn averaged 18.5 points and 3.0 rebounds in helping lead the Owls to a 2-0 week. The Kinston, N.C. native scored a game-high 26 points, making 13-of-15 free throws in helping Temple defeat East Carolina, 71-63, on Feb. 2. Dunn followed that with 11 points in a 67-58 win over Tulsa on Feb. 5.
Dunn currently leads Temple and ranks sixth in the AAC in scoring (15.7 ppg) and free throw percentage (.845/3rd AAC).
The Owls (13-7, 6-3 AAC) play at South Florida (6-14, 1-7) tonight (7 p.m./ESPN+/1210 AM WPHT).
