Women's Rowing Novice 8 Completes Dad Vail Regatta

PHILADELPHIA - After advancing to the Grand Final at the Dad Vail Regatta Friday afternoon, the women's rowing Novice 8 completed the race on Saturday.
The Owls were one of six boats who looked to claim the Vaughan Trophy after advancing to the Grand Final, finishing in fifth place with a time of 07:14.581. Drexel won the event with a time of 06:50.039 while Army finished more than 9.5 seconds behind (06:59.623) to come in second.
Temple will compete in one more race this weekend, heading to Oak Ridge, Tenn. for the AAC Championships Sunday morning. The Cherry and White will race in all four events, with the 2V4 to open the day at 9 a.m. The race will be streamed live on ESPN+.
