On the men - "Today was about the men's team. The goal was to win. Liem Chot was was engaged from the moment the gun went off and clocked an impressive career-best in the 8 - 23:53 placing 3rd overall. Our next 5 - Christian, Zack, Graham, Mattia and Jimmy, also ran very well, clocking 24:45 or faster (all 8k PRs). This race serves as a confidence-booster and good check point heading into conference. The fitness is there and we are excited to return to ECU in 2 weeks time at the conference championship meet."
On the women - "Elsa competed well from the start and put herself up front early on. Our number 2 and 3 runners held on strong and were able to work together. Overall the result could have been better, but we've had a couple of health struggles over the past week. We have 2 weeks to get this right for conference and I'm looking forward to seeing what our women can do as a team in full health!"
