PHILADELPHIA – Temple women's tennis (13-4) defeated the Rider Broncs (X_X) by a final score of 6-1 on Thursday, March 30, 2023, at the Temple Pavilion. The win marks the third straight for the Owls as they near the end of the spring season.

NOTES:

Temple's Veronika Kulhava and Evie Wei started the day off with a win from the second position of doubles. Sena Takebe and Thamara Frasser Kawaratani followed from the third position to secure the point. Maiko Uchijima and Jamie Wei also stayed perfect from the first frame with a 6-2 win over the Broncs' top pair.
In singles, Evie and Jamie Wei finished consecutively from the fifth and second positions to secure the second and third point for the Owls.
The Broncs secured a point from the sixth position of singles when Raquel Bolin defeated Temple's Sydney Hua.
