Men’s Tennis Defeats Georgetown 7-0 on Senior Day

PHILADELPHIA – Temple men's tennis (18-4) defeated the Georgetown Hoyas (10-8) on Friday afternoon, April 14 by a final score of 7-0 to earn their eighteenth victory of the spring on senior day.
 
NOTES:
  • Temple's Marin Delmas and Greg Barety started with a doubles victory from the second position followed by Hussein El Tawil and Louis Gorregues in the third. Temple gained the 1-0 lead and would never give Georgetown a chance to respond.  
  • Delmas picked up his second victory of the match in the first position of singles. He finished his match first followed by Hussein El Tawil in the sixth.
  • With the win, Temple stays a perfect 13-0 while at home this season.
