Golf Finishes in 11th at Princeton Invitational

PRINCETON, N.J. – The Temple Men's Golf team finished in 11th place at the Princeton Invitational. The 14-team event was held at the Springdale Golf Club on a par-71, 6,444-yard course. The tournament consisted of 54 holes over a two-day period.
Recapping the Round
> Junior Graham Chase finished his Sunday at one-over 72, resulting in a one-over 214 for the weekend. Chase finished in a tie for 25th place.
> Sophomore Ethan Whitney finished one shot behind Chase, posting a two-over 73 in the final round and a two-over 215 for the tournament. Whitney finished in 30th place.
> Senior Conor McGrath shot a three-over 74 for the day, leaving him three-over 216 for the tournament. McGrath ended in a tie for 31st place. McGrath led the Owls with 14 birdies.
> Junior Andrew Curran posted a seven-over 78, making him 17-over for the weekend. Curran finished in a tie for 73rd place.
> Redshirt sophomore Andres Aranguren posted a six-under 77, making him 20-over 223 in total. Aranguren finished in 75th place.
The Field
> Harvard took home the team crown at -15. Yale took second at -11, while Seton Hall finished third at -6.
> Havard's Brian Ma won the individual title, shooting a nine-under 204. Yale's Gabriel Ruiz and Robert You each finished seven-under 206 in a tie for second.
