DAVIDSON, N.C. — Temple Men's Basketball Assistant Coach Chris Clark is set to participate at the 2024 Jay Bilas Coaches Leadership program, which will take place on June 6-9 at Davidson College in Davidson, North Carolina.
The Coaches Leadership Program is designed for college assistant coaches with a minimum of five years experience at the Division I level. The program helps these coaches to refine their approach to coaching and gain valuable experience.
The four-day program includes classroom instruction, personalized sessions, off-the-court skills, and keynote speakers. Numerous notable current and former coaches will be in attendance at the program, including Phil Martelli, Jay Wright, Kevin Keatts, Brad Brownell, and many more.
Clark has been on men's basketball staff since 2015, when he initially joined as video coordinator under Fran Dunphy. He was promoted to assistant coach in 2016 and has coached for the Owls ever since. In 2023-24, Temple became the first team in American Athletic Conference history to win four games in four days at the conference tournament and helped guide Temple to its first appearance in the AAC championship game.
