  • The Temple women's basketball team wrapped up an impressive 2024–25 season with a 20-11 record, marking the program's first back-to-back 20-win campaigns since 2014–15 through 2016–17.
  • With a 13-5 record in AAC play, the Owls recorded back-to-back 13-win conference seasons for the first time since 2015–16 and 2016–17. Their 6-1 start also matched the best AAC start in program history (2016–17).

Under New Leadership
  • Jaleesa Molina, Tristen Taylor and Kaylah Turner were named captains this season.
  • Taylor and Molina are the only returning starters from the 2024–25 team.
  • Tristen Taylor averaged 6.7 points per game and a team-leading 3.6 assists per game.
  • Jaleesa Molina averaged 7.4 points and 7 rebounds per game while shooting 52.5% from the field.
  • Kaylah Turner played in 31 games, starting two, and averaged 10.1 points per game — third highest on the team — while shooting 41% from the field and 37% from 3-point range.

She's a Rebounder
  • Saniyah Craig chose to wear No. 91 in honor of Dennis Rodman.
  • Craig finished the 2024–25 season ranked ninth in the nation in rebounds per game and second in offensive rebounds per game.
  • She also set a Jacksonville single-game record with 23 rebounds.
  • Craig averaged 11.3 points and 11.4 rebounds at Jacksonville.

Kay Yow Servant Leader
  • The Kay Yow Servant Leader Award spans 22 conferences across all divisions — DI, DII, DIII and JUCO. Winners are recognized through a patch worn on their jersey during the season of their selection.

Turner Time
  • Kaylah Turner was named to the Preseason All-American Athletic Conference First Team.
  • During the 2024–25 season, she earned AAC Sixth Player of the Year honors and a spot on the AAC All-Newcomer Team.
  • Turner appeared in 31 games, starting two, and averaged 10.1 points per game — third on the team — while shooting 41% from the field and 37% from 3-point range. She scored a career-high 25 points against FAU and recorded her first collegiate double-double with 22 points and a career-best 11 rebounds against Tulane.

Top of the Pack
  • Temple ranked first in the AAC in free-throw percentage and turnover margin.
  • The Owls also ranked second in steals per game and turnovers forced per game, and fourth in scoring defense.
  • Temple placed between fourth and sixth in scoring margin, winning percentage, rebounding and assist-to-turnover ratio.

  • Ariana Meriedy – Played in 65 games at Riverdale Baptist, averaging 11.3 points and 6.2 rebounds per game.
  • Brianna Mead – Averaged 30.3 minutes, 8.8 points, 2.2 rebounds and 1.6 assists per game at LIU, while shooting 37.2% from the field, 34.6% from 3-point range and 76.5% from the free-throw line.
  • Khloe Miller – Redshirted her freshman season at ECU.
  • Anastasia Bullanova – Averaged 16.8 points, 12.1 rebounds and more than two blocks and steals per game, leading BC Enisey to a championship title.
  • Saniyah Craig – Ranked ninth nationally in rebounds per game and second in offensive rebounds per game, while averaging 11.3 points and 11.4 rebounds at Jacksonville.
