Following the matches, Head Coach Salmon praised her team's resilience and growth mindset:

"Going into today's meets, I expected us to be challenged and we were. Tight losses in key bouts kept us from bringing home the team wins against JHU and UCSD, but the information we gathered in those moments keeps us determined to focus on the process of improving throughout the season. I was very proud of the sustained team energy and the fight from each temple fencer to win the touch in front of them from the first to the last."
