Men's Crew Announces 2026 Schedule

PHILADELPHIA - Temple University men's crew head coach Brendan Cunningham announced his team's 2026 spring schedule on Monday.
The Owls are looking to build on a successful 2025 campaign that saw the varsity eight win the Dad Vail championship and a pair of boats earn bids into the prestigious Henley Royal Regatta.
Temple opens the season with a scrimmage at Virginia on March 7, three weeks before the first test of regular-season competition at Princeton on March 28. The Owls and Tigers will be joined by Georgetown and La Salle.
A trip to the west coast for the California Classic in Redwood Shores, Calif., will take place April 4-5, before Temple heads back east for the Knecht Cup on the Cooper River April 11-12.
The Quinn Cup will be contested for on Saturday, April 18 in Worcester, Mass., as Hobart and Holy Cross will compete against the Owls. The following week, city rivals will take part in the Bergen Cup on the Schuylkill River. Temple will also recognize its senior class of 2026 on that day.
Dad Vails are scheduled for May 8-9 on the Cooper River in New Jersey, leading into the IRA National Championship Regatta which is set for May 29-31 in Sacramento, Calif.
