Local 215 member that joined the program in the spring of 2007 … has since earned a scholarship … earned his degree in criminal justice in May 2010 … currently pursuing a master’s degree in liberal arts.
Honors: Recipient of the 2010 J. Myron Honigman Award for spirit, dedication, and?loyalty … cited on the 2010 Athletic Director’s Honor Roll … named the coaches’ offensive scout team player of the week four times (Sept. 20, 2009; Oct. 4, 2009; Oct. 11, 2009; Nov. 22, 2009).
2010: Played in 11 games … also played on the kickoff, punt, and punt return units … had his first career reception for five yards in the win at Kent State … made a solo stop in the win at Army … had a solo tackle on a kickoff in the win over Villanova … lettered.
2009: Played in one game … saw action against Kent State … named the coaches’ offensive scout team player of the week following the Penn State, Eastern Michigan, Ball State and Kent State games.
2008: Played in nine games on special teams ... saw action with the punting?unit ... began action at No. 16/15 Penn State and played in every game the rest of the season.
2007: Played in eight games (Army, NIU, Akron, Miami, Ohio, No. 25 Penn State, Kent State, and Western Michigan) as a member of the kickoff unit ... one of five redshirt freshmen to see game action ... had a tackle in the win over Miami ... lettered.
