Jake Rauchbach is in his first year as the Player Performance Specialist with Temple men's basketball. Rauchbach is responsible for the implementation and development of peak performance programs geared towards improving player performance. These programs are designed to clear unconscious patterning, and promote the learning and application of mental skills and techniques associated with consistent and optimal performance.

Rauchbach, the founder of the MindRight Pro program, has served as a consultant for college, professional, and Olympic athletes, helping them maximize their performance consistently by removing performance blocks. He holds a master’s degree in the psychology of human movement from Temple University, and an MBA from Drexel University. He completed his undergraduate degree in finance while at Drexel.Â

From 2014-16, Rauchbach served as a graduate manager with the Temple men's basketball staff. Rauchbach, a former Drexel University basketball player, came to Temple after spending time in the coaching ranks at various levels. From 2013-14, he was the men's varsity assistant coach at Westchester Country Day School in High Point, N.C. Prior to that, he served as a graduate assistant at his alma mater, Drexel. In 2011-12, Rauchbach was the assistant coach at Neumann University. In his playing days at Drexel, Rauchbach was a four-time NIT participant, and part of a team that went 23-7 in his senior year.Â
