2008-09 INDOOR: Placed 2nd in the 400m dash with a 56.62 and also met ECAC qualifying standards in the 4x400m relay with a 3:53.80 at the Metropolitan Coaches Invitational...Claimed 1st in the 500m run (1:14.06) at the Gotham Cup...Took 1st at the A-10 Indoor Championships in both 500m run (1:14.13) as well as the 4x400m relay (3:51.76)...At the ECAC Championships, took 2nd in the 500m run with a 1:12.63 and claimed 1st in the 4x400m relay with a 3:43.39...Named Owlsports.com Athlete of the Month for the month of February.
2008 OUTDOOR: 7th place finish in 400m dash at 2008 Atlantic 10 Outdoor Championships with a time of 56.97...Placed 2nd in heat #2 of 200m dash event at the New Jersey Invitational with a time of 25.86...Ranked twice at University of Pennsylvania Invitational: 5th place finish in heat #2 in 200m dash event with a time of 25.90 and placed 2nd in 400m with a time of 55.85.
2007-08 INDOOR: Named Atlantic 10 Indoor Track Rookie of the Week in January 2008 after winning 500m dash and being a member of the 4x400m relay team at The Gotham Cup...1st place finish in 500m run helped 4x400m relay team advance to 2nd place finish at 2008 Atlantic 10 Indoor Track Championships...Placed 2nd in 500m run at 2008 ECAC Championships with a time of 1:13.85...1st place finish at Thomson Invitational in 400m dash with a time of 58.2...Member of 4x400m relay team that finished in 13th place at ECACs...4th overall finish in 500m run at New Balance Collegiate Invitational.
