John Romano enters his second season as the Owls Volunteer Assistant. Romano is a current Director/Coach of Renaissance Volleyball Club in Pittsburgh, one of the top Junior Olympic Volleyball programs on the East Coast.

A four-year setter for the Robert Morris men's volleyball team, Romano served as team captain. He played his high school ball at Deer Lakes High School.

Romano graduated from Robert Morris in 1995 with a degree in Business Administration in Finance.
