Field Hockey's Katie Briglia Participates in NFHCA Senior Game

NORFOLK, Va. - Temple field hockey's Katie Briglia participated in the National Field Hockey Coaches' Association (NFHCA) Senior Game on Saturday, Nov. 17, and had a strong showing in midfield. Briglia, a three-time Atlantic 10 First Team selection, was one of 38 senior student-athletes from Division I selected to play in the game.
Briglia played on the "Away" team in games against both the other team of seniors and the USA National Team.
"Katie competed with and against the best in the nation," said Temple head coach Amanda Janney, "and her superb skills and smart passing were outstanding. We are very proud of Katie as she continues to be an excellent example of the talented and classy players within our Temple Field Hockey team."
