Stella the Owl to Make an Appearance at Field Hockey on Sunday

PHILADELPHIA - Stella the Owl will be on hand to watch her favorite field hockey team on Sunday, as the 16th-ranked Owls take on Lafayette at 1:00 p.m. at Geasey Field. Stella will be hanging out near the entrance to the field for all fans who want to meet her and say hello.
Temple is 12-5 overall after a big, 4-0 win at Georgetown on Friday. Lafayette came into the weekend with a record of 5-9 and will play Lehigh on Saturday before facing Temple on Sunday. The Owls lead Lafayette 18-9-2 in the all-time series and have won two in a row. Last year's meeting was a 3-2 win for Temple on the road.
