PHILADELPHIA - The annual celebration of Hooter the Owl's Birthday at a men's basketball game is set for Sunday, Feb. 16 at 2:00 p.m. when Temple hosts #23 SMU on CBS Sports Network. Mascots from all around the area will be on hand to entertain the fans and celebrate with Hooter.
