Quotable
> "In the men's race, we took an aggressive approach and talked about coming in here trying to run better than we were ranked coming in," said head coach James Snyder. "We came in sixth and that's where we finished, but I'm proud of our guys for how they hung themselves out there. Kevin Lapsansky really had a bounce-back day running as our number three guy and cracked into the top 30 of the region. It was a really proud day for the guys, and now we will continue to learn and grow knowing there is work that will need to be done to pass the groups ahead of us."

After earning All-Conference honors two weeks ago at the American Athletic Conference Championships, the sophomore now adds All-Region accolades to his impressive resume.
> Seiger continued to shine during his stand-out junior season, finishing 22nd overall with a time of 31:52. Coming off of a program-high fifth place finish last week at the American Athletic Conference Championships, Seiger's finish at the regional meet is among the highest ever for the Owls.Â
