From the Coach
> "It was our first meet back after we had a long time off over the holiday break," said head coach Elvis Forde. "We had some good performances, but there is definitely some rust that still needs to be knocked off. Millie and Grace were phenomenal in the mile and then both came back to run great 3K's, which was really a highlight of the day. Alanna, Mikaela and Helene all looked steady in the 800m and I look forward to watching them grow and improve as the season goes on. It was a solid first meet of the year, and we know there is a lot of work left ahead of us as we go into the next month of competition."

Up Next
> The Owls will be back in action next weekend to compete at the two-day Dr. Sanders Columbia Challenge. Competition will begin on Friday, Jan. 24 at 12 p.m. and will run through Saturday, Jan. 25 at the N.Y. Armory.
